WINEMAKING
24-hour skin maceration and fermentation at controlled temperature (12 ºC) during 45 days with selected aromatic yeasts.
TASTING NOTES
Straw yellow bright green. Very intense on the nose with fine aromas of elegant tropical fruit, with hints of fennel, mint, apple and floral notes.
Fresh in the mouth with a very good palate and sensation of ripe fruit. Tasty with a fatty character.

12,5 % vol.
