Bleeding rosé, macerated with the skins for 12 hours and fermentation at controlled temperature for 30 days.

TASTING NOTES
Raspberry color with a purplish edge. Aroma of red fruit, raspberry, macerated fruit, rose petals,
violet candies, some licorice and balsamic; elegant.
In the mouth some sweetness of fructose, fresh, good acidity and full.
